On the second item on the agenda of the meeting, the members of the Board of Trustees were familiarized with the organization of the work of the Board of Trustees (hereinafter PS). PS of the organization of education is one of the forms of collegial management of the organization of education. In its activities, the Board of Trustees is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Standard Rules for organizing the work of the PS and the procedure for its election in educational organizations, as well as the Charter of the school. The PS interacts with the administration of the educational organization, the school's parent committee, local executive bodies, interested departments and other organizations. The members of the PS perform their functions free of charge. The composition of the PS is elected for a term of 3 years. As necessary, individual changes may be made to its composition. The head of the PS is its chairman, who is elected at the meeting of the PS. The Chairman acts on behalf of the PS without special powers, represents it before the educational organization, state and other parties. The Chairman organizes the work of the PS and ensures its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The secretary is an employee of the school, he is responsible for the record keeping of the PS. In accordance with the Rules, the meetings of the PS are held in accordance with its work plan.

The objectives of the PS are: to assist the organization of education in the implementation of its statutory functions; to create the necessary conditions for students and the teaching staff of the organization of education in order to successfully implement educational curricula; to promote the further development of the organization of education.

The main activities of the PS:

• assistance to the organization of education in carrying out socio-cultural, recreational and developmental activities;

• assistance in the establishment and development of social partnership in the field of education and training;

• assistance in obtaining education, improving living conditions and employment of students from socially vulnerable segments of the population;

• making proposals aimed at eliminating shortcomings in the activities of the educational organization.

Termination of the activity of the PS may be carried out on the initiative of the founder, on the initiative of the PS; upon liquidation and reorganization of the educational organization.

The third item on the agenda of the meeting is the election of the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the school. Komissarova I.V. proposed the candidacy of Dzhaksylykov B.T., director of Steel Reach LLP, deputy of the Petropavlovsk city Maslikhat, social partner of the school.

Results of open voting: 8 people voted for, 0 against, 0 abstained.

On the fourth issue, I.V. Komissarova spoke. She invited the members of the PS to make proposals for the formation of the PS work plan. The following proposals were received: to monitor the organization and quality of nutrition of schoolchildren; to take part in raids to check the appearance of school students; to monitor student employment; to organize a charity event for the New Year "Give a child a miracle!"; when planning and conducting events, take into account the interests of students, teachers, parents.

Decision:

1. All members of the Board of Trustees should take note of the Model Rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees; be guided by them in their activities.

2. Draw up a work plan of the Board of Trustees, taking into account the proposals made (until December 3, 2021).

3. Bring information about the charity event "Give the child a miracle!" to the parents of school students.

I.V. Komissarova, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, made a speech on the first issue, who familiarized the members of the PS with the events for the celebration of the New Year organized at the school. Among them are New Year's matinees (grades 1-4), congratulations to Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden (members of the School Parliament Lobunets D., Gutova A.), a letter to Santa Claus (grades 1-4), a library lesson "New Year at the gate", game programs (grades 1-11), the action "Give the child a holiday!", a visit to the Christmas tree of the Akim of Petropavlovsk by children from the Ministry of Health, the presentation of a New Year's gift by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Zh. Tokaeva to a child from a large family (V. Valentyukevich, 4th "A" class).
A.N. Popova, a member of the school's PS, spoke on the second issue. Summed up the results of the New Year's charity event "Give the child a holiday!". During the campaign, funds were collected in the amount of 34,517 tenge (thirty-four thousand five hundred and seventeen tenge), 33 sweet gifts, toys, books, notebooks. Sweet gifts were presented to children from the MOE (21 students), 12 students of grades 7-11 from the MOE were allocated 1000 tenge each for a total amount of 12,000 tenge (twelve thousand tenge). A student of the 2nd "B" class Grishmanov V. was allocated 1000 tenge for fruits (the teacher of home-based education Burekbaeva S.M. purchased fruits). The balance of funds is 21517 tenge (twenty–one thousand five hundred and seventeen tenge). A member of the PS of the school Lobunets A.A. provided 25 students of grades 1-5 with sets of clothes (down jackets, hats, shoes, tracksuits, sweaters), 10 students from the MOS received sets of teaching and writing materials.
On the third question, A.A. Meiramov, Deputy. OIA directors in grades 1-4. He told about the organization of meals in the school cafeteria. He familiarized with the schedule of meals for students of 1-2 shifts, with the composition of the marriage commission, with the Regulations on the work of the marriage commission.

Decision:

I.V. Komissarova, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, spoke on the first issue. She introduced the PS members to the school project "Marathon of Good Deeds". This is a long-term socially significant project that contributes to the formation of initiative and responsibility of students, their acquisition of practical experience, strengthening social competence and interest in significant social activities. During the project implementation activities, students are involved in socially significant activities to help children who find themselves in a difficult life situation, families in need of help, labor veterans.

At the initiative of the Board of Trustees, a charity event "Give a holiday to a child!" was organized and held in December with the participation of parents, students, and teachers of the school. During the campaign, sweet gifts, toys, books, and cash were collected, which were given to children from low-income families. A member of the Board of Trustees Lobunets A.A. provided financial assistance to 25 elementary school students in the form of winter outerwear, tracksuits, pullovers, shoes. Also, 10 students were given sets of teaching and writing materials. For active participation in the charity event, the members of the PS – Dzhaksylykov B.T., Selivanov S.V., Lobunets A.A., Popova A.N., Malkova O.V. – were awarded diplomas on behalf of the school director.
In the period from February 1 to February 15, the campaign "Great help to a little friend" was held to collect pet food from the zoo corner of the Botanical Garden. In April (15.04, 19.04) charity fairs and the action "Our little brothers" (collection of food for homeless animals from the shelter "White Bim") are planned. In this connection, Deputy. The Director of VR Komissarova I.V. appealed to the members of the PS with a request to provide transport (bus) for a trip to the shelter. Also, the members of the PS of the school were acquainted with the petition of the teacher of additional education Bondarenko O.V. on the allocation of funds for the purchase of national Kazakh costumes to two students from the MOE.
On the second issue, the director of the school Martemyanov S.V. took the initiative to assign the name of Sabit Mukanov to the Municipal State Institution "Secondary School No. 32". Heard the information of the deputy . Director of VR Komissarova I.V. about the work of the teaching staff around the name of Sabit Mukanov. The history of our region and the school is closely connected with the name of the famous countryman, writer, poet Sabit Mukanov. In 1973, the Executive Committee of the North Kazakhstan Regional Council of Workers' Deputies decided to ask the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR to assign the name of Sabit Mukanov to secondary school No. 32. The school has a museum of S. Mukanov. Every year, events are held to study the work of S. Mukanov. In the current academic quarter, events are planned for the birthday of Sabit Mukanov, including a reading contest, a solemn ceremony for the admission of first-graders to the ranks of the school children's organization "Mukanovets", an open extracurricular event "I leave my heart to you ...", excursions to the school museum.
The members of the Board of Trustees – Popova A.N., Selivanov S.V., Bogdanova E.N. - expressed their positive opinion about the naming of S.Mukanov to our school.
On the third question , the deputy spoke . The director of OIA in grades 1-4, A.A. Meiramov, acquainted the present members of the PS with the recommendations for monitoring by the commissions for monitoring the quality of nutrition. The main tasks of the commission for monitoring the quality of food is to monitor the organization of work at the food hall, in the dining room, the quality of food, the timing of their implementation, the quality of cooking, etc. According to the results of the inspection, an Act of monitoring the quality of food is drawn up. The results of the commission's work are considered by the Pedagogical Council of the school.
Meiramov A.A. acquainted the members of the PS with the results of the questionnaire of schoolchildren of grades 5-11 on nutrition.
In the "Miscellaneous" item, they talked about landscaping and landscaping of the school territory. I.V. Komissarova made a speech with the information that the teachers of the school took part in the city clean-up on 09.04.22, put in order the lawn adjacent to the school fence, the school's forest plantation. On the first question, we listened to N.Y. Bukatova, the headmaster of the school. She told the members of the PS that during the summer period, the school building was redecorated – the walls were whitewashed and the walls of some offices were partially painted, the gym and the corridors of the school were repaired. The acceptance certificate of the school is signed by all members of the admissions committee. On the basis of the order "On the readiness of classrooms for the beginning of the school year", a commission was established, according to which all classrooms, gyms, and workshop are in satisfactory condition and ready to conduct training sessions. The director of the school noted that there are tasks for the improvement of the school that need to be solved during the current academic year. It is necessary to solve the issue of replacing the asphalt pavement in the school yard, to green the school site, to replace the chain-link fence enclosing the territory of the football field. The members of the PS of the school examined these sites and came to the conclusion that they would take an active part in solving the tasks set. S.A. Velizhanskaya made a proposal to consider the issue of uninterrupted supply of drinking water to school students.
On the second question, we listened to I.V. Komissarova, Deputy Director for BP. She provided for consideration the schedule of classes, the schedule of school calls. In accordance with the call schedule, students of the 1st shift begin classes at 8.00, the shift ends at 13.15 h. (7th lesson), at 14.05h. (8th lesson). Students of the 2nd shift start studying at 13.20h., students of the 2nd shift (2,3 grades) classes begin at 14.05hours (on Mondays), 14.10 hours (from Tuesday to Thursday), 14.10 (on Fridays), the 2nd shift ends at 18.35 hours (on Mondays), 19.25 hours (from Tuesday to Thursday), 19.30 hours (on Fridays). Between lessons, the duration of the changes is 5 minutes after the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th lessons and 15 minutes of the changes last after the 2nd and 4th lessons. At this time, students visit the canteen. Also, a class hour is held on Mondays (8.00h – 8.25h for 1 shift, 18.10h – 18.35h for 2 shifts), reading hours are held on Fridays (as part of the Reading School project). Selivanov S.V. made a proposal to hold a competition of readers for students of grades 1 – 11, members of the PS of the school to award the best students to purchase prizes. Komissarova I.V. familiarized the members of the PS with the regulations on the school uniform and appearance of students.
On the third question, we listened to I.V. Komissarova about the "Road to School" campaign. Funds in the amount of 2318,118 tenge were allocated from the universal education fund for students from the MOE. 71 applications were submitted with a request for a one-time cash allowance. The families of 62 students received a one-time allowance (37389 tenge) for the purchase of school uniforms, autumn clothes, educational and writing supplies. 9 applications were rejected due to the fact that an incomplete package of documents was provided, in 2 cases (the Abdulkarimov and Beher families) the family income exceeded the established threshold. Lobunets A.A. made a proposal to provide assistance (clothing, educational and writing materials) to the following students - Marfin D., Sukhinina M., Sukhinina M., Podgorny D., Podgorny N., Bisultanov R.
On the issue of "Miscellaneous", the members of the school's PS discussed the issue of holding an autumn charity fair. Komissarova I.V. made a request to allocate funds to the Panin family (students of the 2nd "A" class Panin D., Panina S.) in connection with the loss of the breadwinner – Panin A.S.'s father.

Decision:
1. Apply to the KSU "Department of Education of the city of Petropavlovsk" for the replacement of the fence of the football field (mesh netting). By the forces of the PS of the school to install a drinking fountain.
2. Approve the schedule of classes, school calls, regulations on school uniforms and the appearance of school students.
3. Allocate financial assistance (in the form of clothing, stationery) to 6 students from the MOE. To allocate funds to the Panin family in the amount of 50,000 tenge (fifty thousand tenge).
4. To hold an autumn charity fair until October 15. To hold a reading contest during the autumn holidays.
