Carries out public control over the observance of the rights of students and pupils of the educational organization, as well as over the expenditure of charitable assistance received at the expense of educational institutions;
develops proposals on amendments and/or additions to the charter of the educational organization;
develops recommendations on priority areas of development of the organization of education;
develops proposals for improving measures on the placement of orphans and children left without parental care in the families of Kazakhstani citizens;
participates in the distribution of financial resources received by the educational organization in the form of charitable assistance and decides on its targeted spending;
develops proposals when forming the budget of the educational organization;
makes proposals to the authorized body of the relevant industry or the local executive body in the field of education on the elimination of deficiencies identified by the Board of Trustees in the work of the educational organization;
coordinates and makes a protocol decision based on the results of an interview with candidates for the vacant position of head of a secondary education organization;
hears reports from the head of the educational organization on the activities of the educational organization, including on the quality provision of educational services, on the use of charitable assistance and measures taken to place orphans and children left without parental care in the families of Kazakhstani citizens;
participates in conferences, meetings, seminars on the activities of educational organizations;
gets acquainted with the activities of the educational organization, the conditions provided to students and pupils of the educational organization, conduct a conversation with them in the presence of a psychologist of the educational organization.

1. General provisions
1.1. The Board of Trustees of the state institution KSU "Secondary School No. 32" (hereinafter referred to as the Board of Trustees) is a collegial governing body established to promote the development of the school.
1.2. The Board of Trustees in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law "On Education", "Model Rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in educational organizations" approved by Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2017 No. 355, the Charter of the school, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as this Regulation.
1.3. The regulations on the Board of Trustees are approved by the Pedagogical Council of the school
1.4. The decisions of the Board of Trustees are advisory in nature.
1.5. The Board of Trustees acts on the basis of the principles of voluntariness, equality of its members, legality and publicity.
1.6. This Regulation on the Board of Trustees of the school
has been developed and adopted in order to improve the educational process, involve all members of the school community in the organization of the life of the school, ensure transparency in the school management system.
2. Goals and objectives of the Board of Trustees
2.1. The Board of Trustees is established to assist the school in teaching and educating students, improving material and technical support, and the educational process.
2.2. The main tasks of the School's Board of Trustees
These are: assistance in the implementation of the school development program, its cultural, educational, educational, social activities; development of a strategic plan for the development of the school, as well as proposals, programs, projects aimed at improving the educational process; creation of favorable conditions for the joint activities of all participants in the educational process: students, teachers, parents; creation of conditions for development of students' abilities, their creative, intellectual and spiritual potential; assistance in improving educational-
educational process; analysis of the effectiveness of spending money; assistance in the development of cooperation between the school and other organizations, including by providing assistance in organizing and holding conferences, seminars and other events;
3. Management of the Board of Trustees
3.1. The composition of the Board of Trustees is formed on the basis of proposals received with the written consent of candidates for members of the Board of Trustees.
3.2. The number of members of the Board of Trustees is odd and amounts to at least nine people who are not in a relationship of close kinship and property with each other and the head of the school.
3.3. The number of members of the Board of Trustees, who are representatives of state bodies, does not exceed three people.
3.4. The head of the Board of Trustees is its Chairman, who is elected (re-elected) at a meeting of the Board of Trustees by an open vote by a majority vote.
3.5. Representatives of state bodies are not elected by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and do not perform his duties.
3.6. In the absence of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, his functions are performed by one of the members of the Board of Trustees by decision of the Board of Trustees, with the exception of representatives of state bodies that are part of the Board of Trustees.
3.4. The Chairman acts on behalf of the Board of Trustees and ensures its activities in accordance with these Rules.
3.5. Chairman: organizes the work of the Board of Trustees, chairs its meetings; forms the agenda of meetings of the Board of Trustees; signs minutes of meetings and other documents of the Board of Trustees; represents the Board of Trustees in relations with state authorities, other organizations, public associations, legal entities and individuals on issues related to the activities of the Board of Trustees; controls implementation of decisions and instructions of the Board of Trustees; ensures the storage of documentation related to the activities of the Board of Trustees; assigns the performance of his duties for the period of his temporary absence to one of the Deputy Chairmen of the Board of Trustees; annually submits a report on the work of the Board of Trustees has other rights and responsibilities in accordance with this Regulation
3.7. The work of the Board of Trustees is provided by a secretary elected by the Board of Trustees.
4. Rights and obligations of members of the Board of Trustees
4.1. The Board of Trustees has the right to solve the tasks assigned to it: participate in scientific, legal, financial, logistical and other support of school development projects and programs; send proposals, requests, appeals to state authorities and other bodies concerning problems of improving the effectiveness of school activities; form commissions and working groups to study issues within the competence of the Board of Trustees and develop recommendations on the results of their activities; involve specialists in accordance with the established procedure for the implementation of certain works, including on a contractual basis. to make proposals to the plans of the educational work of the school, to take part in the educational process of the school - to hear the report of the school administration on the organization of the educational process and the use of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds; to make proposals on amendments and additions to the charter of the school ; to create a fund in which the financial resources of the Board of Trustees are formed from voluntary contributions and donations from individuals and legal entities, other income not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2. The Board of Trustees of the school has the following responsibilities: to stimulate the educational process in order to improve the academic performance of students; to use the attracted extra-budgetary funds for the intended purpose; to comply with the tasks assigned to the Board of Trustees by this Regulation.
5. The composition of the Board of Trustees, the procedure and working conditions
5.1. The Board of Trustees is formed on the principle of voluntary participation in the composition of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, his two deputies and members of the Board of Trustees.
5.2. The Board of Trustees may include: representatives of local representative, executive and law enforcement agencies; representatives of employers and social partners; representatives of non-profit organizations (if any); one parent or legal representative of students from each parallel classes recommended by the parent committee; benefactors (if any).
5.3. Members of the Board of Trustees the Council exercises its powers on a voluntary basis.
5.4. Members of the Board of Trustees are not entitled to delegate their powers to other persons, including other members of the Board of Trustees. In the absence of a member of the Board of Trustees at the meeting, he has the right to submit his opinion on the issues under consideration in writing.
5.5. The powers of a member of the Board of Trustees may be terminated prematurely at the personal request of a member of the Board of Trustees, including in case of inability to perform his duties for health reasons, on the basis of a written notification of the Board of Trustees. 5.6. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the first meeting of the Board of Trustees by a simple majority of votes of the members of the Board of Trustees present at it.
5.7. The agenda of meetings is determined by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and in case of his absence - by his deputy and approved at a meeting of the Board of Trustees.
5.8. The activities of the Board of Trustees are carried out on the basis of a plan formed on the proposals of the board members and other subjects of the school, approved at a meeting of the Board of Trustees.
5.9. Meetings of the Board of Trustees are held as necessary, but at least once a quarter. A meeting of the Board of Trustees may be convened by its chairman on his own initiative, a member of the Board of Trustees or the school administration.
5.10. A meeting of the Board of Trustees is considered competent if at least half of the members of the Board of Trustees are present at it. Decisions are made by a simple majority of the votes of the members of the Board of Trustees, both present at the meeting and absent, who expressed their opinion in writing. In case of equality of votes, the decision for which the Chairman of the Board of Trustees voted is considered adopted. In specially stipulated cases, the decision may be made by two-thirds of the votes of the members of the Board of Trustees.
5.11. The decision of the Board of Trustees is formalized by a protocol signed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees or one of his deputies and the secretary who keeps the minutes of the meeting. In case of disagreement with the adopted decision, a member of the Board of Trustees may express his opinion in writing, and it is attached to the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees.
5.12. Representatives of state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies, public associations, as well as representatives of interested legal entities and individuals may be invited to meetings of the Board of Trustees by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
5.13. Organizational support for the activities of the Board of Trustees is provided by the school. The School provides the Board of Trustees with facilities for meetings and storage of documentation.
REPORT
ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES OF KSU "SECONDARY SCHOOL No. 32"
FOR THE FIRST HALF YEAR 2022-2023 ACADEMIC YEAR
The purpose of the report: to inform parents (legal representatives), the public about the main results and problems of functioning and development in the past year, to promote the development of partnerships between the school and parents (legal representatives).
The actual task of the report is: a comprehensive assessment of the state of affairs in the school.
In the 2022-2023 academic year, 68 teaching staff carry out their activities at the school, of which 21% are teacher-researchers; 30 people - support staff. The team works stably, there is no staff turnover, and no violations, adopted anti-corruption restrictions and prohibitions have been identified.
Within the framework of cooperation with the FAO “NATIONAL CENTER FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT “ORLEU” “INSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL WORKERS in SKO”, 4 regional seminars were held on the basis of the school for the first half of the year: teacher mentors and young teachers, open lessons for English language teachers, teachers of physics, mathematics.

On the second item on the agenda of the meeting, the members of the Board of Trustees were familiarized with the organization of the work of the Board of Trustees (hereinafter PS). PS of the organization of education is one of the forms of collegial management of the organization of education. In its activities, the Board of Trustees is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Standard Rules for organizing the work of the PS and the procedure for its election in educational organizations, as well as the Charter of the school. The PS interacts with the administration of the educational organization, the school's parent committee, local executive bodies, interested departments and other organizations. The members of the PS perform their functions free of charge. The composition of the PS is elected for a term of 3 years. As necessary, individual changes may be made to its composition. The head of the PS is its chairman, who is elected at the meeting of the PS. The Chairman acts on behalf of the PS without special powers, represents it before the educational organization, state and other parties. The Chairman organizes the work of the PS and ensures its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The secretary is an employee of the school, he is responsible for the record keeping of the PS. In accordance with the Rules, the meetings of the PS are held in accordance with its work plan.
The objectives of the PS are: to assist the organization of education in the implementation of its statutory functions; to create the necessary conditions for students and the teaching staff of the organization of education in order to successfully implement educational curricula; to promote the further development of the organization of education.
The main activities of the PS:
• assistance to the organization of education in carrying out socio-cultural, recreational and developmental activities;
• assistance in the establishment and development of social partnership in the field of education and training;
• assistance in obtaining education, improving living conditions and employment of students from socially vulnerable segments of the population;
• making proposals aimed at eliminating shortcomings in the activities of the educational organization.
Termination of the activity of the PS may be carried out on the initiative of the founder, on the initiative of the PS; upon liquidation and reorganization of the educational organization.
The third item on the agenda of the meeting is the election of the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the school. Komissarova I.V. proposed the candidacy of Dzhaksylykov B.T., director of Steel Reach LLP, deputy of the Petropavlovsk city Maslikhat, social partner of the school.

In the period from February 1 to February 15, the campaign "Great help to a little friend" was held to collect pet food from the zoo corner of the Botanical Garden. In April (15.04, 19.04) charity fairs and the action "Our little brothers" (collection of food for homeless animals from the shelter "White Bim") are planned. In this connection, Deputy. The Director of VR Komissarova I.V. appealed to the members of the PS with a request to provide transport (bus) for a trip to the shelter. It is necessary to solve the issue of replacing the asphalt pavement in the school yard, to green the school site, to replace the chain-link fence enclosing the territory of the football field. The members of the PS of the school examined these sites and came to the conclusion that they would take an active part in solving the tasks set. S.A. Velizhanskaya made a proposal to consider the issue of uninterrupted supply of drinking water to school students.
On the second question, we listened to I.V. Komissarova, Deputy Director for BP. She provided for consideration the schedule of classes, the schedule of school calls. In accordance with the call schedule, students of the 1st shift begin classes at 8.00, the shift ends at 13.15 h. (7th lesson), at 14.05h. (8th lesson). In the period from February 1 to February 15, the campaign "Great help to a little friend" was held to collect pet food from the zoo corner of the Botanical Garden. In April (15.04, 19.04) charity fairs and the action "Our little brothers" (collection of food for homeless animals from the shelter "White Bim") are planned. In this connection, Deputy. The Director of VR Komissarova I.V. appealed to the members of the PS with a request to provide transport (bus) for a trip to the shelter. The director of the school noted that there are tasks for the improvement of the school that need to be solved during the current academic year. It is necessary to solve the issue of replacing the asphalt pavement in the school yard, to green the school site, to replace the chain-link fence enclosing the territory of the football field. The members of the PS of the school examined these sites and came to the conclusion that they would take an active part in solving the tasks set. S.A. Velizhanskaya made a proposal to consider the issue of uninterrupted supply of drinking water to school students.

The purpose of the report: to inform parents (legal representatives), the public about the main results and problems of functioning and development in the past year, to promote the development of partnerships between the school and parents (legal representatives).
The actual task of the report is: a comprehensive assessment of the state of affairs in the school.
In the 2022-2023 academic year, 68 teaching staff carry out their activities at the school, of which 21% are teacher-researchers; 30 people - support staff. The team works stably, there is no staff turnover, and no violations, adopted anti-corruption restrictions and prohibitions have been identified.
